What is Reiki? 

The Usui System of Reiki Healing is a palms-on healing practice. Reiki is an ancient laying-on-of-palms healing technique that uses the Universal life force energy to balance the subtle energies within our bodies and to heal. 

Reiki practitioners act as a conduit or channel through which Reiki energy travels. The intended result of receiving Reiki is a balanced physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being. Reiki is being used today in clinics and hospitals all over the world to support health, wellness and transition. 

Health Benefits of Reiki

Stress in the body creates inflammation, inflammation creates pain/disease, and disease will manifest in the body, mind, or spirit of one. Reiki is addressing you as a whole, so rather than looking at the symptom, we are addressing the root cause.

When we are exchanging negative-stagnant energy with free flowing-positive energy I am creating an abundance of balance, and balance is well being. Reiki isn't a cure, but its given me the wellbeing in life to create awareness in ways that will curate profound health, happiness, and restore.

Reiki is a complementary medical art that works well alone as well as in concert with other treatments. Healing is often the result of gentle shifts in awareness, release of emotional patterns, achievement of new understanding and mindset. Reiki is not a replacement for traditional medical treatment. Sessions are administered only for the purpose of helping one relax and to relive stress without zero negative side-effects. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

The Synergy Package includes:  Individual Collaboration of plan for clients needs, Postural Assessment, Aromatherapy, Breath work, Written Asanas guide or video (provided by clients phone). All 8 alternating sessions are scheduled consistently to benefit and support the clients growth. 

No Show/Late Cancellation Policy

I fully understand that unexpected things come up in life. Please know I do require at least a 72-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, so I may open that time slot to another available client. 

Cancellations within 72 hours will not receive a refund, but can reschedule. 

Cancellations at least 72 hours in advance may be refunded with the exception of a $25.00 cancellation fee.

A No Call/No Show receives no refund and if package is purchased, will lose session. 

This is due to not being able to fill your session time slot by another client and preparations are made for each client prior to their session. I value each of my client's time and availability. Thank you for understanding.
